National Junior Honor Society

For the 2025-2026 school year, the NJHS application process will take place at the start of the school year (August - September 2025).

Membership Requirements

• Minimum of 3.90 cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA)
• No mark of "3" or higher in citizenship at any point during middle school
• No discipline issues (no violations above Level II in accordance with the WLCSD Student Code of Conduct)
• No attendance issues 
• Confidential rating by Staff on leadership, service, citizenship, and character.
• Review of application by the Faculty Council of NJHS

NJHS Activities

• Service Projects to the school and community
• Attending NJHS meetings
• Volunteering as helpers at Banks Blast-off, Curriculum Night, athletic events, etc.
• Volunteering as tour guides at 5th Grade Orientation
• Volunteering at various elementary school events
• Helping in our community
