Four elementary and two middle school students will compete in the Oakland Schools Scripps Regional Spelling Bee on Saturday, March 1, at Oakland University.

The Walled Lake Middle School dance team claimed a pair of Top 5 finishes at its second trip to the UDA National Championships at ESPN’s Wild World of Sports in Florida.

Six high school and five middle band and orchestra students shined over the weekend at the Michigan Music Conference in Grand Rapids.

Sarah G. Banks Middle School and the Wixom Police Department partnered for the fourth-straight year to help ‘Stuff the Squad Trailer’ for families who are victims of violent crimes.
